Siouxsie & the Banshees were at the top of their game when their guitarist, John McGeoch, was let go due to substance abuse. They replaced him with the CUre's Robert Smith, who had previously filled in when Kenny Morris and John McKay ditched the band in the middle of a concert. Smith's The Cure were opening for the Banshees, so he would do his set then join the Banshees for thiers. I have all of Siouxsie and the Banshees albums and many of their EPs and 12 45s. This live album really captures them at their best. Great selection of songs from beginning to that point in time
